Sarina Hart is a Deputy Maryland State Fire Marshal. Her canine partner is Vicki, she is an 18 month old black lab and has been in service for approximately four months. Vicki has been trained as part of the State Farm Arson Dog Program.
Deputy Hart has been an investigator with the Maryland State Fire Marshals Office for about four years. In September 2001, Deputy Hart was joined by canine Vicki. Deputy Fire Marshal Hart is based in the Carroll County State Fire Marshals Office, but Hart and Vicki respond statewide.
